The Hotel is easily reached from the railway station: From the railway station (Stazione Centrale di Catania) in Piazza Papa Giovanni XXIII (at 2/3 km away from the Hotel La Vecchia Palma), you can take any of the numerous buses (n° 429, 432, 449, 1-4) that reach Via Etnea, 668 (the stop is just in front of the hotel). Elsewhere, you can take the underground inside the railway station. Take to the direction and stop of BORGO, the station is located at a few steps from the Hotel. The Hotel is easily reached from the airport: From the airport Fontanarossa, (at 7/8 km away from Hotel La Vecchia Palma) , take the bus called Alibus (bus n. 457) for Catania's centre, then stop at the railway station.
